		<description>What I don&#039;t get is how this is similar to prohibition. One was complete banning of a product from being sold to consumers, the other was to make a product paid-for. It&#039;s a decision taken by a private organization on how to price it&#039;s product and not mandated across the board in the market by a regulatory agent -- like the government was back in the &#039;20s.

And it doesn&#039;t make us bloggers / other free publishers &#039;illegal bootleggers&#039; like, say, Al Capone&#039;s cartel was.</description>
